Wiki Leaks Could be vulnerable

If WikiLeaks co-founder Julian Assange is indicted by the U.S. government for disseminating classified information, as even his own lawyer now expects, his defense is likely to face long legal odds.

The 1917 Espionage Act, enacted by the U.S. Congress during World War I, has been a mainstay of national security prosecutions ever since. And it's been upheld as constitutional by every court that has examined whether its invocation in a criminal prosecution complies with the First Amendment's guarantee of freedom of speech.

Google Acts to Demote Distasteful Web Sellers

Google announced on Wednesday that it had changed the way it ranks search results so that unscrupulous merchants would find it harder to appear prominently in searches.
The change was prompted by an article in The New York Times on Sunday about Vitaly Borker, a Brooklyn-based online seller of eyeglasses. Mr. Borker claimed that he purposely shouted at and frightened some of the customers at DecorMyEyes.com because the online complaints actually worked in his favor in Google search results.

What I did during Thanks Giving!

  For Thanks Giving i ate alot of Turkey,rice,sweet Potatoes,stuffing,cranberry,and apple cider. Thanks Giving was great this year the best of all years! I played Monopole and came in 3rd place 5 people were playing so i wasn't mad that i did not win in 1st!

The Giants won with thee score of 24-20 against the Jaguars! The Jaguars are a very strong team but we had skill to defeat them! Record is (7-4)

IMAGINE A MOON BASE IN 2069!

Some of the ideas are "way impossible," but that's sort of the point, they say, when a bunch of bright, young and talented designers and architects imagine a moon colony in 2069.

The design competition, created by the nonprofit urban planning group ShiftBoston, produced wildly creative illustrations and concepts that touch on subjects as diverse as moon-based athletic games and a lunar cemetery.As entertaining as some of the designs were, they proposed solutions to serious issues such as world hunger and shrinking energy resources.

Google reader

Google reader helps me with my courses. Its helps me by helping me save projects and adding subscriptions. I could also type up an article or homework that is do the next day! I highly recommend you using google reader! If i needed to share something with others i could easly share that project/homework assighnment with other. I could use it specifically use it for making folders to hold information from other websites i use.

Google added a new type of ad to advertisers. Called product ads. They show an item with a little note about it and a price of it. For the first time on Google, advertisers can pay only if the person buys the product, not just for a click. And instead of bidding on many different keywords using AdWords, Google chooses the searches for which it shows their ad.

Google TV has the network television industry's attention.Certain television shows on cbs or abc are currently being blocked.
The Wall Street Journal also reported that NBC confirmed it was blocking streams to Google TV users, although CNET was able to view shows on NBC.com using Google TV.

Face announced there new groups feature,which is designed to limit some of your communications to a subset of your Facebook friends.But there is a danger of this,you could be talking to someone you dont know or arent on your friends list.Mark Zuckerberg said"there are alot of things you want to share at once,but there are also things that you only want to share with your family or co workers.

 . This time iSuppli tore the TV down to reveal its cost to Apple at just less than $64.

The "Cadillac" of set-top boxes carries a bill of materials of $61.98, including additional items boxed with the product, according to a preliminary teardown analysis firm iSuppli. When adding the manufacturing costs, the Apple outlay rises to $63.95, iSuppli said. The assessment does not take into consideration other expenses such as R&D, software, licensing, and royalties.

CHIBA, Japan — Nintendo, with its mobile gaming throne being threatened by games on Apple iPhones, has been planning to fight back with a new hand-held console with a 3-D display.

But Nintendo revealed a hitch to its plans on Wednesday. The company said its new 3DS console would not be available until early next year, tentatively February, meaning it will miss the crucial year-end holiday sales season.

The company also said it was slashing its full-year income forecast to 90 billion yen ($1.1 billion), down from an initial estimate of 200 billion yen. It mainly cited the strong value of the yen against other currencies, which erodes its overseas earnings.

What i did over the weekend!!

This weekend i watched The New York Giant's Football game. It was very fun and exciting to watch. Some of you may know they lost :(.  I was upset by the stunning loss against the Titan's. One of America's richest, and youngest, is giving back.
Mark Zuckerberg, founder and chief executive of social networking powerhouse Facebook, is planning on donating $100 million toward improving public schools in the troubled district of Newark, N.J.
According to an official familiar with the agreement, Zuckerberg's donation will be the first installment from a foundation financed by Zuckerberg, and will be focused on bettering education.
