I orginize my computer by keepind stuff in my folders. I store everything in folders. Such as videos,pictures,and documents. Folders help alot all I got to do is name it and it has everything I want in it. I use nonhierarchical system.
Tagging is a good way to add information to something. Social bookmarking is when you orginize information online.
